EVENT DETAILS:
Join us for CLC’s first ever Fall Festival which will be the landing spot for our first ever Car & Motorcycle Show. Check out the information below and be sure to register to secure your spot!

WHAT:
As part of CLC’s Fall Fest, we are hosting a Car & Motorcycle show for any and all car and motorcycle enthusiasts. Join us for our inaugural Car & Motorcycle show. The event will have six judges (3 for cars, 3 for bikes) that will judge each submission in the following categories (below). Participants will be competing for repurposed, vintage car & motorcycle trophies. All of the funds that we raise from this portion of the event will benefit our All Abilities Playground.

WHO: Anyone and everyone who would like to compete (space is limited).

WHEN: Saturday, October 16th from 10AM-2PM. (Rain Date = Saturday, October 23).

WHERE: The Christian Life Center Parking Lot (125 Saginaw Road, Lincoln University, PA. 19352).

WHY:
- To raise funds for our All Abilities Playground.
- To enjoy a good time with good community!

COST & DEADLINES (SPACE IS LIMITED):
- Early Bird Registration Fee & Deadline = $10 by October 2nd at 11:59PM.
- Regular Fee & Deadline = $15 by October 14 at 11:59PM.
- Walk in’s welcome, however, space will be limited.

PRIZES:
- For this first year, our prizes will be repurposed, vintage motorcycle and car trophies (and bragging rights of course).

OTHER DETAILS:
-Car / Motorcycle Details: we will be printing a vehicle specs sheet for each motorist to display with their vehicle day of. For those who register day of, they will need to hand-write their own spec sheet for their vehicle (we’ll provide blank spec sheets).
- As we get closer to the event, we will send you out a registration kit with everything you need to know for the event! This will include a map, pre-paid window sticker, competition details, competition grading sheet, parking information, info for the whole event, and more.
- This is a family friendly event with many other things that will be going on! You and your families are all invited to attend and enjoy the festivities!
- Participants are expected to be parked and in place by 9:45AM. Winners will be announced at 1PM.
